"Tales of the Macabre" is an EP that immerses the listener in the shadowy and enigmatic world of Edgar Allan Poe's stories.
Each track of the EP encapsulates the unique essence of a specific story by merging elements of techno with macabre and melodic atmospheres that evoke the suspense and unease present in his narratives.

"The Raven": The opening track draws inspiration from the story "The Raven." A blend of pads, textures, and mysterious elements serves as a backdrop while synthesizers create an eerie atmosphere,
and the voice of the raven is represented by processed noise effects.

"The Tell-Tale Heart": This track captures the tension and internal conflict of the protagonist.
Rhythmic heartbeats blend with distorted electronic sounds, symbolizing the guilty heart's beating beneath the floorboards.

"The Masque of the Red Death": This track starts with a slow and mysterious introduction that captures the decadent atmosphere of the masquerade party.
As it progresses, the rhythm intensifies, incorporating more energetic elements and bright synthesizers that symbolize the illusion of escaping death.

"Metzengerstein": The closing track evokes the historical and gothic atmosphere of the story. As it progresses, the music becomes more intense, with synthesizers representing the growing obsession and madness of the protagonist.
Changes in rhythm and percussion effects reflect the escalating events in the tale.
